We want you to feel confident shopping with Glowra. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for:
Opened or used skincare products
Opened or used lash sets
Used tools or applicators
Any item that has been opened, worn, or tampered with
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
How to Request a Return

The reason for your request
Clear photos (required for damaged/faulty/incorrect items)
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, once the item is received and checked, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
